Marilyn Manson's wooden hands. Here is a funny story I'd like to share with you. While I was painting Manson's nails with a blue Posca marker, I posted a story on Instagram, tagging Manson and added «I'm doing your manicure, Marilyn Manson!». He saw it and replied that the hand was great. He was interested in using it for his «first video». He didn't mention which one it was, but it was obviously for his single «WE ARE CHAOS». Unfortunately, it did not happen but it was still amazing to me that he thought about it. On the next story, in which I was showing the entire hand, he added that he loved it, and was asking: «But where is the left one? I can't clap or play an instrument.» with emojis. I burst out laughing! I replied I was sorry and that he had to do with one hand for the moment, ahah.
His joke stuck in my head for a while. So of course, the next month I ordered the other hand and started working on it. I can't count the hours I spent analyzing his tattoos so I could reproduce them as best as possible. It was a bit challenging. Once I was done, I sent him pictures and a video of the hands, telling him he was now able to clap as much as he wanted, ahah. Now they are displayed with a rose, in a glass dome on my desk, and I love to admire them. I think it is a unique and beautiful decoration item.
